What I'm Fighting For

A world where every changemaker has what they need to succeed. We see a future where organizations that fight for justice, equality, and the planet aren’t just getting by—they’re leading the way to a better tomorrow.

What I Value

People First

Every decision we make centers on the people and communities you serve.

Sustainability at the Core

We believe in strategies that don’t just focus on growth, but on responsible, long-term impact for both people and the planet.

Collaboration Over Competition

We’re not here to compete. We’re here to collaborate. And we don’t gatekeep information. Real power comes from working together to make a bigger impact.

Progress Over Perfection

Perfection is a journey. Not a destination. What matters is making moves, learning, growing, and adjusting along the way. We don’t believe in waiting for the “perfect” moment to act. We’re here to help you take action, create momentum, and keep moving forward, no matter where you are in your journey.

Transparency & Integrity

We do what we say, say what we mean, and believe in honesty and transparency throughout the process.

Bold Ideas, Bold Action

We’re here to challenge the status quo and help you make meaningful, disruptive change.

How We Got Here

For years, I poured my energy into running one of the few Black-owned ethical clothing lines, driven by a mission to create with purpose and integrity. But as I looked at the impact I wanted to make, I found myself torn. While I loved contributing ethically to the world of fashion, I knew my skills and vision could be put to even greater use by empowering others working toward social and environmental change.

That’s when I made the pivot from creating clothes to creating impact through consulting. Today, I bring that same passion for purpose—now focused on helping social impact organizations and purpose-driven businesses achieve their goals and amplify their impact.

"I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."
